The statutes of Ayiti Dijital e.V. are registered with the Amtsgericht München. A public version in French, German and Kreyòl will be available at the official founding.

Transparency
Everything we do is public.
A public-interest association must be transparent about its statutes, governance and funding. Here is what we publish, and what we will publish.

Governance
Board (Vorstand) made up of at least three members elected by the general assembly. Annual general assembly open to all members. Audited annual accounts.

Funding
Our funding comes from three sources: institutional grants and foundations, member dues, and individual gifts. Each year we will publish a detailed financial report.
First report planned: early 2027
